Job summary

Red Hat Services is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver strategic AI solutions for clients. You will lead technical direction, implement hands-on solutions, and promote Red Hat AI platforms while ensuring enterprise‑grade governance and compliance.

The role requires on-site work with clients across North America, regular travel, and holding TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. You will mentor teams and drive reusable assets and playbooks across engagements.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise technology experience with hands-on architecting or senior consulting in customer environments.
Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and ability to travel to North America.
Willing to work on-site with clients and reside in a Red Hat‑registered state in the US.
Strong experience with OpenShift and AI platform integration (AI models, serving, provenance).
Experience designing Models‑as‑a‑Service or GPU‑as‑a‑Service for shared platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead model selection, optimization, and serving decisions on Red Hat AI platforms.
Design portable inference across cloud, on‑prem, and sovereign environments.
Architect retrieval and context patterns (RAG, knowledge ingestion) for enterprise AI.
Lead sovereign and disconnected deployments with compliance evidence and BOM management.
Run engagement delivery plans and ensure reusable assets for the practice.
