Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an AI Platform Specialist Solution Architect to drive AI adoption in North America. You will architect, deploy, and optimize AI systems on Kubernetes, enabling customers to train, build, and manage AI workloads and models.

The role emphasizes customer collaboration, GTM support, and technical leadership across data scientists, developers, and IT teams. Responsibilities include technical workshops, proofs of concept, and post-sales enablement, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Kubernetes and container platform expertise.
• AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes and hardware resource management.
• Experience in ML use case development (deep learning, NLP, vision).
• ML Ops & CI/CD with IaC (Ansible).
• Strong delivery of technical presentations and business value sessions.
• Executive presence and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executive and Solution Architect to identify blockers to Red Hat AI adoption in accounts.
• Design and implement AI systems with data pipelines and ML workflows; leverage Red Hat resources as needed.
• Lead pre/post-sales activities: deep dives, proofs of concept, bake-offs, sprints, and AI solutions for verticals.
• Engage with AI customers and internal teams to advocate and guide value realization.
• Provide market feedback to AI unit and engineering; support community outreach and conference talks.
