Job summary

Red Hat Services is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver strategic AI solutions for clients, combining technical leadership with hands-on implementation. The role emphasizes adoption of Red Hat AI platforms, enterprise-ready architectures, and governance across OpenShift environments.

Travel weekly to client locations across North America, with a focus on architecture, model selection, and cost-aware deployment.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in enterprise technology with hands-on architecture experience in customer environments.
• Deep, current OpenShift expertise: cluster architecture, GitOps, multi-cluster management, security and observability.
• Production experience with Red Hat AI or its upstreams: OpenShift AI, model serving, registries and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI architecture engagements from two-week baselines to multi-month programs.
• Architect retrieval and context patterns (RAG) for data ownership and repeatability.
• Design and deploy Models-as-a-Service and GPU-as-a-Service on OpenShift AI and Red Hat AI Enterprise.
