Job summary

Red Hat Services seeks an AI Architect to design and deliver strategic client solutions through technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and enablement of best practices. This on-site role requires regular travel across North America and relies on active TS/SCI clearance.

You will promote Red Hat AI platforms, lead model selection and deployment, and collaborate with customers to ensure measurable value and repeatable outcomes across multi-environment deployments on OpenShift AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology and consulting.
• Extensive OpenShift expertise for architecture and deployment.
• Willingness to travel weekly to North American client sites and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead model selection, optimization and serving decisions across Red Hat AI offerings.
• Design portable inference workloads across cloud, on-prem, and sovereign environments.
• Architect retrieval and context patterns (RAG) with data governance considerations.
• Lead sovereign and disconnected deployments on OpenShift AI.
• Drive delivery, enable operations, and develop reusable assets for the practice.
• Mentor client engineers to sustain outcomes after project completion.
• Travel weekly to client locations in North America.
