Red Hat is seeking an AI Platform Specialist Solution Architect to drive adoption of Red Hat AI across North America. You will architect AI systems, design data and ML pipelines, and lead technical workshops with leadership, data scientists, developers, and IT teams.

You will collaborate with AI business units, engineering, and partner teams to demonstrate cutting-edge features and deliver customer value, including PoCs, bake-offs, and joint AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes to design and run production-grade containerized environments.
• Experience configuring AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes with GPU scheduling.
• Proficiency with Python and OSS ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience delivering technical presentations and business value sessions.
• Executive presence with public speaking skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify challenges to drive Red Hat AI in customer accounts.
• Design AI systems with data pipelines and ML training/serving approaches.
• Lead pre/post-sales activities, PoCs, bake-offs and hackathons.
• Partner with AI stakeholders and internal teams for advocacy.
• Work with AI unit and engineering for product feedback.
• Lead community outreach and conference activities.
