Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting, organizational change, technology adoption experience.
• 2+ years supporting AI adoption or technology transformation efforts.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompting techniques.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise AI adoption strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Lead workshops to identify AI use cases and translate capabilities into workflows.
• Create training and enablement programs for technical and non-technical users.
• Design role-based demonstrations, office hours, and playbooks.
• Build communities of AI champions and scale best practices across the org.
