- Apply human-centered design, change management, and user experience practices to improve AI literacy and drive responsible, sustainable adoption.
- Design and deliver AI enablement programs, including role-based training, demonstrations, office hours, playbooks, and self-service resources.
- Build and lead communities of AI champions and power users to share successful use cases, identify adoption barriers, and scale effective practices across the organization.
- Research emerging AI technologies, generative AI capabilities, industry trends, and adoption approaches to inform organizational strategy and recommendations.
- Monitor developments across the AI landscape and assess their potential impact on organizational policies, priorities, and adoption strategies.
- Define and track adoption and impact measures to evaluate progress, identify gaps, demonstrate value, and inform future AI priorities.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and organizational leaders to support responsible AI adoption across multiple initiatives.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, organizational change, technology adoption, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting AI adoption, generative AI initiatives, or technology transformation efforts.
