WRITER is seeking a senior Customer Success professional to own activation success across a diverse customer portfolio. You will embed into client organizations, map objectives to actionable workflows, and design programs that translate AI investment into measurable outcomes.

You'll partner with Transformation leads to tailor WRITER capabilities for each use case, build champion networks, run workshops, and scale enablement across accounts while driving adoption.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success.
