Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Customer Success professional to own deployment and activation across a diverse customer portfolio. You will embed into client teams, understand business objectives, and craft programs and workshops that translate AI initiatives into measurable outcomes.

This hybrid role is based in our Seattle or San Francisco hubs, collaborating closely with Transformation leads to tailor WRITER capabilities to each use case.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in activation success and driving adoption.
• Deep understanding of customer use cases and workflows to achieve business objectives.
• Experience designing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, and workshops.
• Proven ability to build advocate networks and power user communities.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success for a customer portfolio.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions translating use cases into workflows.
• Design and execute activation strategies to drive platform adoption and outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
• Create advocate networks and power user communities within customer orgs.
• Lead live and virtual trainings tailored to diverse audiences.
• Partner with curriculum team to customize delivery for clients.
• Continuously improve materials based on feedback and adoption data.
