WRITER in New York City is seeking a customer success leader to own deployment and activation across a customer portfolio, partnering with a Transformation lead to tailor WRITER capabilities for each use case. You will design strategies, run workshops, and drive adoption by building champion networks and scalable enablement programs.

The role emphasizes a builder's mindset: proactively creating engagement, not waiting for customers to engage, with a hybrid New York City hub-based setup.

Qualifications

• 9+ years delivering activation success and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Ability to map customer use cases to workflows and business objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies including champion programs, dashboards, and workshops.
• Proven ability to build advocate networks and power-user communities.
• Strong ability to tie platform usage to business outcomes and ROI.
