• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Experience selling solutions used in field operations within construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Partner with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs.
• Build strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth and expansion.
• Represent FieldAI at customer sites, industry events, and key meetings.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet revenue objectives.
