Job Description:

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (Cloud Service Provider) to manage Tier 1 Accounts. This is a US-based, Bay Area position. Travel will be 25-50%.

Responsibilities:
  1. Articulate the connection between the customer's core KPIs.
  2. Build and execute a plan to drive growth and profitability across HPE's portfolio, leveraging programs and tools such as Executive Sponsors.
  3. Engage with the customer to identify opportunities, translating business challenges into IT solutions, and develop a strong pipeline.
  4. Develop and maintain a professional relationship network within the customer organization.
  5. Develop and update the partner landscape and collaborate with the HPE Partner Business Manager.
  6. Maintain expertise in IT technology and trends, and describe HPE's portfolio effectively.
  7. Build relationships and conduct regular account governance with the extended team.
  8. Utilize HPE tools and processes for customer advocacy.
  9. Create and maintain strategic and tactical account business plans, sharing and aligning them with stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
  1. University or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. Typically 4-8+ years sales experience.
  3. Account management experience desired.
  4. Experience in IT industry preferred, especially within IT departments or customer organizations.
  5. Vertical industry experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
