Job Description

Role: Account Executive- Technology Products & Platforms- Bay area

Manage and grow strategic accounts. You will be responsible for directing the organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio, including vision setting, annual account planning, identification of key growth opportunities, proactive client value creation, and overall financial health of accounts within your portfolio. The Client Partner will drive profitable growth by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. The goal is to make the client successful and committed to Wipro's long-term partnership through a trusted advisor relationship.

Responsibilities:
  • At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery models (GDM) and methodologies. Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines for customers.
  • Ability to present and interact at all levels, with consultative sales capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams in various service lines to achieve account objectives.
  • Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles is required.
  • Experience managing multi-million USD accounts across various geographies.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing client relationships at all levels.
  • Achieving targets related to revenue, bookings, and operating margin (OM).
  • Resolving people management issues within Wipro teams.
  • Generating leads by engaging with customers across lines of business to expand footprint.
  • Presenting and publishing proposals, including proactive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Maintaining smooth contract, invoice, and payment flows by interacting with procurement and supplier teams.
  • Collaborating closely with senior client executives (CIOs, VPs, Directors) to advise and evaluate business growth opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual pay ranges from $200,000 to $280,000. The role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options.
