Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the entire renewal cycle, including identifying upcoming renewals, contacting customers, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns.
  • Negotiating contract terms to maximize customer retention and revenue, and closing renewals on time.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts of upcoming renewals and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Establishing and building C-Level relationships within designated clients, acting as a strategic advisor and partner.
  • Working cross-functionally with Customer Success to define and drive execution of action plans to improve and/or optimize the utilization of Bitsight products and services.
  • Collaborating with New Business to identify and support expansion opportunities.
Job Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Strong territory and contact management skills
  • Strong consultative and solution selling skills
  • A proven track record of quota attainment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts/transactions
  • High energy, integrity, self-motivation, and a positive attitude

The estimated salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, excluding commissions, based on location, skills, experience, and education.
