Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire renewal cycle, including identifying upcoming renewals, contacting customers, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Proactively reach out to customers, understand their needs, and address concerns.
  • Negotiate contract terms to maximize retention and revenue; close renewals on time.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts of upcoming renewals and report on key performance indicators.
  • Establish and build C-Level relationships within designated clients, acting as a strategic advisor and partner.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to define and execute action plans to optimize product utilization.
  • Support expansion opportunities in partnership with New Business teams.
Job Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Strong territory and contact management skills
  • Consultative and solution selling expertise
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage many accounts
  • High energy, integrity, self-motivation, and a positive attitude

The estimated base salary range for US-based employees is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, excluding commissions. Compensation is determined by location, skills, experience, and other factors. The role includes bonus/commission potential, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
