A leading health institution is seeking a Grants Administrator II to manage complex grant and contract activities. This fully remote role involves overseeing financials, compliance, and reporting while supporting the College's funding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in grant administration. Join an energetic team dedicated to advancing health research.
Position reports to the Director of Research Administration for the College of Health Professions. The role involves planning, coordinating, and performing complex administrative and business management activities related to grants and contracts. Responsibilities include formulating and administering grant/contract policies, managing pre- and post-award activities, and supporting the College's efforts to secure external funding from various sources. The position may oversee large, multidisciplinary grants, including those with international collaborations or multiple subawards. This is a fully remote position.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or social sciences, plus four years of grant/contracts administration experience.
Preferred: Experience with federal, state, foundation, and corporate grants; CRA certification or willingness to pursue it.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, manage diverse functions, establish relationships, and interpret complex regulations. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet tools. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations related to grants and contracts.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform typical office functions, including sitting, standing, lifting up to 15 lbs, and visual and auditory capabilities.
Additional: Computer literacy required.
