Job summary

CivilGrid is seeking an Account Executive for the US West to grow our presence among civil engineering and design firms. This remote role requires California-based candidates and a proven enterprise sales track record with GIS software experience.

You will drive pilots, navigate complex procurement processes, and close multi-office contracts, leveraging CivilGrid’s platform to unlock efficiency gains. Compensation ranges from base to equity, with a total on-target package featuring a 50/50

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong quota track record.
Experience selling construction-tech, GIS software, or similar is a must.
Deep understanding of how engineering firms evaluate and buy technology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.
Secure sponsorship across regional directors and firm leadership.
Run pilots with clear success criteria tied to KPIs and convert pilots into contracts.
Develop targeted outbound campaigns for engineering firm buyers.
Build compelling sales materials and maintain stakeholder engagement through cycles.
Represent CivilGrid at industry events and expand the customer network.
