CivilGrid is seeking an Account Executive to grow our presence among civil engineering and design firms in the US West. You will own enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting through contract execution, coordinating with Directors and firm leadership to drive pilots to full deployments.

The role rewards a proven sales record in AEC tech, strong communication, and a strategic approach to complex procurement, IT reviews, and multi-office rollouts via a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven quota track record.
• Experience selling GIS software or construction-tech is required.
• Deep understanding of how engineering firms evaluate and buy technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across leaders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution.
• Secure sponsorship across regional directors and firm leadership.
• Run pilots with clear success criteria tied to KPIs like research time and cost per project.
• Convert pilots into multi-office enterprise contracts across teams.
• Develop targeted outbound campaigns for engineering firm buyers.
• Navigate IT security reviews, compliance, and vendor onboarding.
