The role requires deep understanding of how engineering firms evaluate technology, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and strong prospecting skills. Remote-friendly with base in California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong quota track record.
• Experience selling construction-tech, GIS software, or similar is a must.
• Deep understanding of how engineering firms evaluate and buy technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.
• Secure sponsorship across regional directors and firm leadership.
• Run pilots with clear success criteria tied to engineering KPIs.
• Convert pilots into firm-wide contracts across multiple offices.
• Build targeted outbound campaigns for engineering firm buyers.
