Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking an Account Executive - Enterprise to drive new account acquisition in the small to medium enterprise market. You will work with SEs, channel partners, events, customer success, and sales development to achieve quotas.

Location: remote but near the Dallas, TX region. 2-5+ years of direct or channel sales experience and a strong prospecting mindset are required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equity, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years direct or channel sales experience with strong prospecting ability.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to close complex Enterprise deals.
• Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in SaaS/security sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue Enterprise prospects in the assigned territory.
• Manage multiple sales cycles with 10–20 opportunities per quarter.
• Collaborate with SEs, channel, events, and CS to build pipeline and close deals.
• Lead territory communications and coordinate with internal teams to accelerate sales cycles.
