Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking an in-territory Senior Sales Engineer - Enterprise to join a high-performing sales team. Remote role, territory includes Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, with collaboration alongside account executives to evangelize, design, propose and demonstrate business value to customers.

The role requires deep security technology expertise, leadership, and business acumen, with autonomy and strong collaboration within the team to win with integrity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role focused on security solutions.
• Extensive technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise via presentations, demos, POVs to educate customers.
• Drive new-business acquisition and secure the technical win throughout the buyer’s journey.
• Participate in discovery conversations to understand needs and validate alignment with solutions.
• Document customer environments including tooling, network design, authentication, and cloud services.
• Demonstrate differentiators across endpoint protection, security operations, vulnerability management and cloud security.
• Mentor new hires in technical knowledge transfer and sales processes.
• Engage in channel activities, webinars, and field enablement to drive territory growth.
