About the Role

As a member of our sales team, you'll help grow our enterprise business. You'll identify and close deals with existing and new customers into enterprise plans. We're looking for motivated, competitive, and self-driven individuals, ideal for those looking to join a dynamic startup environment.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, equity, and benefits. We are a distributed team with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Minneapolis, and we welcome fully remote candidates authorized to work in the U.S. We support flexible remote work to ensure you can work in the environment that makes you most productive.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify outbound opportunities and qualify inbound leads
  2. Refine sales process and strategy
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle: presentations, account management, quoting, negotiating, closing
  4. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain relationships through the first renewal to increase ARR
  5. Coordinate with support, product, and development teams
Must-have Qualifications
  1. 2-4 years of SaaS sales experience, with a preference for data orchestration familiarity
  2. Strong drive to exceed sales goals
  3. Interest in developing technical skills
  4. Flexibility and coachability to adapt sales approaches
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
