Strategic Account Manager (Fleet, Government, and Commercial Telematics)

Also known as: Enterprise Account Executive, Business Account Manager, Fleet Sales Rep

Location: Remote (Must work East Coast business hours)

The Opportunity

We’re hiring elite Strategic Account Managers to drive growth across commercial, municipal, and enterprise fleet customers. You’ll own the entire sales process — from qualification to close to long-term account management.

This is a true hunter role, but with real retention upside. You’ll be focused on new business development and high-value consultative sales — and you’ll get paid on everything you close, plus renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to navigate a deal from demo to procurement, and wants to make a measurable impact (and great money doing it).

What You'll Own
  • Full-cycle B2B sales: lead gen, consultative selling, demos, pricing, closing
  • Mid-size to enterprise accounts: municipalities, logistics fleets, dealerships, field service
  • Outbound prospecting, networking, event follow-up, and referral development
  • Account strategy and planning for existing high-value customers
  • Renewal strategy, expansion opportunities, and upselling initiatives
  • RFP responses, proposal development, and contract negotiation
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet, SaaS, IoT, or telematics
  • Proven track record of closing 5- to 6-figure deals and crushing your number
  • Confidence in building rapport with executives, procurement teams, and operators alike
  • Strong understanding of telematics, GPS, or mobility technology (or fast learner)
  • Self-starter mindset with insane follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • No drama, no excuses — just results
Compensation & Benefits

OTE: $150,000 – $250,000+ (base + uncapped commission)

Residuals on renewals and upsells
