Bastion is hiring an Account Executive in New York City to lead the custody and conversion sales motion for fintechs, payments providers, and crypto companies needing wallet infrastructure and asset conversion rails.

You will own your pipeline, work with a small team, and partner with legal, commercial strategy, and a technical account manager to structure deals. The role is hybrid and reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Join live customer calls to observe how we position, price, and close.
• Generate your own pipeline by learning outbound tooling and target list logic.
• Own the full sales process end-to-end and sustain outbound cadence across email, LinkedIn, warm intros, and conference follow-ups.
• Document the sales process with clear stages, exit criteria, and SLAs per team.
• Forecast to leadership with a reliable pipeline and realistic win rates.
