About The Team:

The extraordinary AlphaSense Sales team is split into two parts: Financial Services and Corporates. The Financial Services Sales Team focuses on sales to hedge funds, asset management, investment banking, and private equity. The Corporate Sales team is verticalized with a focus on the Fortune 1000 in sectors like Life Sciences, Technology, Media, Telecom, Energy and Industrials, Consulting, and CPG. Both teams include Enterprise and Mid-Market professionals, plus a dedicated Investor Relations team.

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, driven sales professional to join our Corporate Sales team. You will focus on selling to Fortune 1000 companies, particularly large, matrixed organizations. This role offers significant ownership of your book of business, shaping account strategies in partnership with SDRs and sales leadership. It’s an opportunity to be part of a high-growth company and sell an award-winning product gaining rapid adoption across industries. Your contribution will be vital to our growth and success.

  • An experienced seller with a proven record in owning new business sales, ideally in enterprise SaaS or similar environments.
  • You understand that sales is both an art and a science and can articulate your approach.

  • You are a skilled communicator, capable of explaining complex data to diverse audiences.
  • You are a proactive hunter, consistently working to generate pipeline alongside team support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales process within your territory, engaging with teams like Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and M&A.
  • Research, prospect, initiate discussions, conduct demos, manage trials, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to develop prospecting plans and build pipeline.
  • Accurately forecast and develop pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Work with Product Specialists during trials to ensure client engagement and purchase.
  • Partner with Account Management to maintain customer health and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collect and share product feedback to aid in product enhancements.

Compensation: Base salary $105,000-$140,000, with a competitive benefits package, uncapped commissions, and equity options.
