They are hiring remote Account Executives as they expand their salesforce within the United States.

Job Description:

The Account Executive will execute a strategic sales plan to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, driving significant revenue growth within their designated territory.

  • Prospecting and Engagement: Engaging with potential clients, including HR executives, COOs, site managers, through both virtual and on-site meetings to understand their needs.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Owning the end-to-end sales process for deals ranging from $500k to $1M gross revenue (ACV), with a 120-day average sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Long-Term Relationship Building and Client Success: Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional support, onboarding assistance, and proactive problem-solving to ensure successful implementation, optimal utilization of services, and ongoing client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4-10+ years of successful experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a documented track record of closing large deals (consistently $300k+ in contract value) and a clear understanding of the sales process for $500k-$1M+ deals.
  • Strong ability to understand complex business operations, HR challenges (particularly related to workforce management), and a demonstrated success with a consultative sales approach, ideally with experience in industries like HR Services, Staffing, Logistics, or Transportation.
  • Ability to independently manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure, consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Location: This is a remote sales position where candidates must be located between the Greater San Francisco Bay area and Los Angeles, with the ability to meet with customers and partners (20%) throughout the region.
