Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive our growth in sensitive data discovery software across the region. This position combines new business development with account management, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention. A proven track record in these areas is crucial, ideally within a security or PCI-compliant software company. Experience working closely with reseller and consulting partners is also highly valuable.

While expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management within industries like FSI or Healthcare would be a bonus, it’s not essential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Bring:
  • A proven track record as an experienced enterprise software sales executive in complex solution-selling environments, with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills at all levels, including CxO.
  • Success in identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise software deals.
  • Experience working with global, national, and regional partners.
  • Strong business acumen and keen attention to detail.
  • Direct customer engagement experience with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Willingness to support trade shows, conferences, and partner/customer events.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 30% throughout the Americas.
