We are customer-obsessed, and we love building and shipping great products. We set a high bar, challenge our assumptions, seek diverse opinions, and support each other to do our best work.

We do our best to write inclusive, descriptive and accurate job descriptions, but we’re not always perfect. If you’re interested in the role, we’d love to hear from you even if you don’t feel like you meet everything we’re looking for. We’re always iterating and improving, and it’s possible that your experience is even more impactful than we could have imagined.

  • Market identification & development.Work with Hummingbird sales leadership and operations to help forecast opportunities in new and emerging markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.Work with teams across Hummingbird, including but not limited to, our leadership, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams - as you deep dive into our world, you’ll bring back market intelligence valuable across the organization.

  • Exposure to a startup environment, with a rapidly growing team and innovative product.
  • Experience building genuine, trusting relationships with executives at sales prospects.
  • A bias for action, accountability and leadership. We’re a small team, but we’re certainly mighty. We have lofty goals, and we’re looking for someone who wants to get onboard and drive to help us achieve them.

What’s in it for you:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
