About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth within large enterprise clients in the gaming, digital platform, and online services sectors. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed annual revenue quota through strategic account planning and execution

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the complete sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and close

  • Enterprise Deal Management: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with deal sizes typically ranging from $100K to $1M+ ARR

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with consistent forecasting accuracy

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account strategies for assigned enterprise prospects and customers

Industry Expertise & Consultative Selling
  • Solution Selling: Position k-ID's global compliance engine, age verification, and parental consent solutions to address specific client pain points

  • Domain Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of gaming industry regulations, compliance requirements, and online safety challenges

  • Regulatory Compliance: Educate prospects on COPPA, GDPR, and other global privacy regulations affecting their business

  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the Engineering team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts

Relationship Building & Account Management
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, sales & marketing, legal teams, compliance officers, and technical decision-makers

  • Multi-stakeholder Navigation: Effectively manage complex buying processes involving legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams

  • Customer Success Partnership: Collaborate with the Engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion opportunities

  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

Market Intelligence & Feedback
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape and provide market feedback to product and marketing teams

  • Product Advocacy: Serve as voice of customer to influence product roadmap and feature development

  • Market Expansion: Identify new market segments and use cases within the gaming and digital platform ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience with consistent quota attainment

  • Experience managing deals with 6-7 figure annual contract values

  • Background in gaming, digital entertainment, ad tech, or related technology sectors

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment

  • Team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to global enterprise clients across multiple jurisdictions

  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts, APIs, and integration requirements

  • Connections and relationships within the gaming ecosystem

  • Experience selling compliance, privacy, or security solutions is highly valued
