Enterprise Account Executive
OTE: $300,000 – $400,000 (50/50 Base/Variable)
Location: North Beach, San Francisco (5 days/week in-office)

Our client is an AI code review company based in San Francisco, backed by a top-tier VC and a leading startup accelerator to the tune of $30M Series A. Founded by engineers, they've built an AI expert that understands any codebase with full context — processing over 1 billion lines of code monthly for 7,000+ customers ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies. They're a talent-dense team of ~20 people moving fast in one of the hottest segments of AI.
The Opportunity
Due to a significant spike in enterprise demand, our client is building out its go-to-market function and hiring multiple Enterprise Account Executives immediately. This is a rare chance to own the full enterprise sales cycle at a proven, fast-scaling AI company and help shape the GTM motion from the ground up alongside the founding team.
Key details:
- Base: $150,000 – $200,000
- OTE: $300,000 – $400,000 (50/50 split)
- Hiring 3 immediately; 5–7 by end of year
- Reports directly to the GTM Lead
What You'll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from inbound qualification and outbound prospecting through to close
- Build and execute a balanced pipeline: 50% inbound, 50% outbound
- Sell a highly technical AI developer tool to sophisticated buyers including VPs of Engineering and technical leaders
- Partner with the founding team to refine sales processes and relay customer feedback into the product roadmap
- Consistently target and close deals with ACVs in the $75K–$250K+ range
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 5–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years selling to enterprise organisations (2,500+ employees)
- Proven track record selling developer tools or technical products to an engineering audience
- Experience at a Tier-1 VC-backed or Cloud 100 company
- Has ridden a company's hyper-growth phase ($5M → $100M+ ARR)
- At least one tenure of 2+ years at a single company
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (no visa sponsorship)
Nice to Have:
- Degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering or similar)
- Ex-founder, early operator, or first-five sales hire at an early-stage company
- Experience building outbound motions from scratch
Please Avoid Applying If
- Your primary experience is in non-technical sales (fintech, HR, e-commerce, payments) with no clear pivot to devtools
- You've only worked at non-VC-backed or unknown startups
- You have no enterprise deal experience (sub-$75K ACVs only)
