Bundoran Group is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in New York City or San Francisco to own a 100% net-new, full-cycle sales motion targeting CROs and senior GTM leaders. You will craft ROI-driven business cases for pilots and POCs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate large, complex enterprise deals.
The role requires 6+ years of SaaS enterprise selling, startup experience, and a proven ability to close six-figure opportunities with 90-180 day cycles.
Location: New York City or San Francisco, office-based
OTE: $280K-$300K
Focus: Enterprise SaaS, AI, GTM technology
Motion: 100% net-new enterprise
What happens when AI stops being another tool in the sales stack and starts functioning as an intelligence layer across the entire GTM organization?
A fast-growing Series B AI company is building toward that future.
Its platform uses per-account AI agents designed to learn and act across the customer lifecycle, helping sophisticated revenue organizations improve how they acquire, retain, and expand customers. The company already works with major public and high-growth technology companies, and its founders have deep AI research backgrounds.
Now the company is adding Enterprise Account Executives in New York City and San Francisco to help define how this emerging category gets sold.
This is a strategic, full-cycle enterprise sales role with responsibility from prospecting through close.
You will own a 100% net-new motion, selling primarily into CROs, VPs of Sales, Revenue Operations leaders, and other senior GTM stakeholders.
Typical opportunities involve:
$150K-$400K+ enterprise deals
90-180 day sales cycles
Approximately $20K pilots or POCs
Public companies and larger VC-backed enterprises
Complex, multi-threaded buying groups
ROI and business-case development for an emerging AI category
You will receive a focused book of approximately 30 named accounts and partner with ADR resources on a portion of those accounts.
This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a mature playbook. The team wants sellers who can help build one.
Build net-new enterprise pipeline through targeted outbound, partnerships, and creative prospecting
Run the full commercial sales process from initial engagement through signed agreement
Sell directly to CROs, VPs of Sales, Revenue Operations leaders, CMOs, CFOs, and other executives
Build credible ROI models and business cases for a category buyers may not already have budget allocated toward
Multi-thread complex accounts across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership
Develop account strategies using disciplined enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
Establish the commercial framing, economic justification, executive alignment, and success criteria for pilots and POCs
Partner with technical and product resources on discovery and POC execution
Drive urgency and momentum while coordinating a team-selling motion
Turn field learning into better messaging, positioning, and enterprise sales processes
You should bring:
6+ years of SaaS sales experience, with multiple years closing complex enterprise business
Previous startup experience
Multiple years selling directly to CROs, VPs of Sales, and/or Revenue Operations leaders
A history of closing six-figure enterprise deals
Experience carrying and performing against $1M+ quotas
Strong net-new prospecting capability
Experience navigating approximately 90-180 day enterprise sales cycles
Experience building a financial and business case for newer or less-established products
Executive-level communication skills
Experience selling into large VC-backed and/or public companies
Comfort operating in an environment where the sales playbook is still evolving
The strongest candidates will be able to point to specific enterprise deals they personally sourced, navigated, built consensus around, and closed.
Experience with sales intelligence, RevOps technology, AI, enterprise GTM software, or adjacent platforms is highly relevant.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, pilot-driven sales cycles, and complex POCs is also valuable.
You would be joining a company working on a fundamental question in enterprise software: how should AI change the way revenue organizations actually operate?
The engineering organization includes talent from leading universities and technology companies, while the product is already being used by sophisticated enterprise GTM organizations.
For a seller, the opportunity is equally interesting. You're not stepping into a territory simply to execute somebody else's mature playbook. You'll help determine how an emerging enterprise AI category is positioned, justified, sold, and scaled.
If you've sold successfully into CRO and RevOps organizations and know how to create momentum where the category and budget are not already defined, this could be a particularly strong fit.
