About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive net new sales of Fieldguide’s vertical AI platform to the largest players in audit and advisory. Your responsibilities include prospecting, identifying, and securing new sales opportunities within top audit and advisory firms and specialty practices. By understanding their business needs and employing a values-based selling approach, you will sell solutions that enhance their efficiency and productivity, helping to redefine the future of audit and advisory services.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Own a targeted account list of key enterprise accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  2. Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales metrics.
  3. Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning Fieldguide’s solutions accordingly.
  4. Present compelling demonstrations of Fieldguide's solutions to prospects.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Finance, Product, Marketing) to meet customer needs throughout the sales process.
  6. Develop and improve our enterprise sales playbook and processes.
  7. Attend networking events and conferences to generate new business opportunities.
  8. Travel up to 30% as required.

About You:

  1. 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive, with a focus on new logos and a proven record of exceeding quotas in complex software sales to enterprise accounts.
  2. 3+ years of experience working at an audit, advisory, or assurance firm is preferred.
  3. Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded, highly technical sales processes involving stakeholders from executives to end-users.
  4. Experience managing a complete sales cycle independently, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  5. Team-oriented with effective collaboration across internal teams.
  6. Motivated to build sales processes in a fast-paced startup environment and work within a team-oriented culture.
