Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Calculate commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Solve practical problems with limited standardization
• Interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail communications

Responsibilities

• Sales to hospitals, oncology, rehabilitation centers, and referral sources with enteral patient needs
• Manage all aspects of enteral nutrition care for home tube fed patients
• Develop new referral sources and secure enteral setups monthly
• Promote Enteral Services to physicians, hospitals, home health and cancer centers
• Educate patients on enteral feeding for safe and effective care
• Drive to admit, deliver, and pickup enteral supplies to patients' homes or businesses
• Maintain patient census and track daily sales activity in Sales Force
• Provide patient care and coordinate services across settings
• Participate in vendor fairs, luncheons, and in-services for referral sources
• Maintain infection control practices and ethical patient interactions
• Record daily sales and delivery data and resolve service complaints
