Job summary

Lincare is seeking a field-based sales professional to manage enteral nutrition services across hospitals, oncology and home health referral sources in a defined Virginia territory. You will drive new referrals, coordinate deliveries, and promote safe, effective feeding solutions to physicians and care centers.

In this role you will educate providers, monitor patient responses, maintain confidentiality, track activity in Salesforce, and strive to meet monthly admit targets while upholding

Responsibilities

• Oversee enteral nutrition care for home tube-fed patients and related activities
• Identify and develop new referral sources
• Meet monthly targets for enteral setups from new referrals
• Prepare for and participate in vendor fairs and luncheons
• Educate referral sources on enteral equipment use via in-services
• Uphold patient rights and ethical business practices
• Sell in a territory; track activity in Salesforce; promote enteral services to physicians and hospitals
• Monitor patient response and outcomes to care or services
• Educate patients on enteral feeding for safe, effective care outcomes
• Provide continuous, coordinated patient care across settings
• Educate the community about medical nutrition services
• Maintain a monthly patient census and admissions target
• Promote safe, effective use of feeding equipment
• Engage in ongoing education and training to maintain competence
• Handle patient information securely for care applications
• Apply infection control practices to reduce infection risk
• Deliver and pickup enteral supplies to patients' homes
• Record daily sales and delivery data
• Listen to and resolve service complaints
• Set up displays and distribute sales materials
• Obtain customer signatures for admissions, pickups or deliveries
• Coordinate with Enteral Intake Team
