Qualifications

• Must have proven ENT or related specialty support experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to ENT.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and ICD coding basics.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for ENT examinations and procedures with explanations and comfort.
• Assist physicians during audiometry, endoscopy, and ENT evaluations.
• Document patient information, vital signs, and history in EHR.
• Verify insurance, update records, and manage appointments.
• Perform basic clinical tasks including phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Monitor patient status and ensure safe, accurate data recording.
