Responsibilities

• Supervises RNs, Surgical Technologists and ancillary staff in the OR.
• Manages daily OR schedule and resources, including staffing and equipment.
• Maintains equipment and instrumentation in collaboration with Sterile Processing.
• Communicates delays or issues to surgeons/anesthesiologists to maintain flow.
• Collaborates with pharmacy, sterile processing, and supply chain to improve workflows.
