Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join a rural Eastern Oregon hospital, offering autonomy and a four 10-hour day schedule with a day shift. Relocation assistance provided and state-of-the-art equipment.This permanent, full-time role features a base salary of $700K–$750K+ with a $50K sign-on, CME allowance, loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits including 401K, malpractice coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• MD degree required and board eligibility in Otolaryngology or board-certified.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Strong commitment to high-quality care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat ear, nose, sinus, and throat conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Use endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders with medical or surgical interventions.
• Treat cancers of head and neck, including salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated care.
• Maintain EMR documentation for diverse patient population in a rural setting.
