Top Dog Recruiting is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) in rural Eastern Oregon (La Grande, OR) with relocation assistance. This permanent, full-time role offers a four 10-hour day schedule, day shift, and a competitive base salary in the $700K–$750K+ per year range.

You will work in a facilities-rich environment with in-office audiology and state-of-the-art equipment. The position features a generous compensation package including a $50K commencement bonus, CME allowance, student loan

Qualifications

• MD degree is required.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current, unrestricted Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Strong commitment to high-quality care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat ears, nose, sinuses, and throat conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Use endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders with medical or surgical interventions.
• Treat cancers of head and neck, including salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated care.
• Maintain EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural setting.
