Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking an Otolaryngologist for a Permanent, Full-Time position in La Grande, OR. Relocation assistance provided, with a base salary of $700K–$750K+ per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

In a rural Eastern Oregon Critical Access Hospital, you will perform ENT evaluations, surgical procedures, and collaborate with audiology and speech-language pathology teams. The role emphasizes autonomy within a supportive group and a strong emphasis on work-life balance

Qualifications

• MD degree required.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Utilize specialized equipment like endoscopes to visualize the nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical intervention or surgical implants.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck, including the salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient care.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural setting.
