H. T. PROF Group is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a permanent, full‑time role in rural Eastern Oregon with relocation assistance. The practice features state‑of‑the‑art equipment and a focus on high‑quality, community‑oriented care within a growing Critical Access Hospital.

Key duties include clinical evaluations, surgical procedures, and collaboration with audiology and speech‑language pathology teams. A competitive base salary is offered along with a commencement bonus and CME support.

Qualifications

• MD degree required with completion of Otolaryngology residency.
• Current Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Commitment to high‑quality, community‑oriented patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat diseases of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Use endoscopic and audiology equipment to support patient care.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders with medical or surgical interventions.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a rural patient population.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated care.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
