Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks an Otolaryngologist for a permanent, full-time role in La Grande, Oregon (Rural Eastern Oregon). The practice offers Four 10-Hour Days with Day Shift and relocation assistance.

You will work in a growing Critical Access Hospital with advanced equipment and in-office audiology, serving a community with strong outdoor lifestyle and work-life balance. Responsibilities include comprehensive ENT exams, diagnostic workups, head/neck surgery, cancer care, and collaboration

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Utilize endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical or surgical interventions.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck, including salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated care.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a rural population.
