Meritas Advisory Group, LLC in La Grande, Oregon is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a rural Eastern Oregon practice. Relocation assistance provided and a permanent, full-time four 10-hour days schedule with day shift.

The role offers a competitive compensation range of $700K–$750K+ per year, plus a $50K commencement bonus, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits. You will work with a supportive team at a growing Critical Access Hospital in a scenic, outdoor-rich setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligibility).
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Utilize specialized equipment like endoscopes to visualize the nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical intervention or surgical implants.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck, including the salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient care.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural setting.
