Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a board-certified or eligible Otolaryngologist to join a growing rural Eastern Oregon practice in La Grande.

The position offers a competitive $700K-$750K+ annual base with a $50K commencement bonus and an $8,000 CME allowance, plus relocation support and comprehensive benefits. The role focuses on bread-and-butter ENT with access to modern equipment, state-of-the-art facilities, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient

Qualifications

• MD degree and Otolaryngology residency completed.
• Current Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat conditions of ears, nose, sinuses, and throat.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Utilize endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders with medical or surgical interventions.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck, including salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated care.
• Maintain EMR documentation for diverse patient populations in a rural setting.
