Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a permanent, full-time position in La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon).

Four 10-hour days, day shift, and relocation assistance are offered, with a compensation range of $700K–$750K+ per year. You will provide bread-and-butter ENT care in a growing Critical Access Hospital, performing surgeries and collaborating with audiology and speech-language pathology teams, while enjoying a strong work-life balance in a beautiful outdoor

Qualifications

• MD degree and Otolaryngology residency completed.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligible).
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Commitment to high-quality, community-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat ENT conditions including ears, nose, sinuses, and throat.
• Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Utilize endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders with medical or surgical interventions.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck including salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated care.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a rural patient population.
