Billings Clinic is seeking a Lead ENT Surgical Tech to join the Surgical Services team. The role involves scrubbing and assisting on diverse ENT procedures, preparing ORs, maintaining sterility, and supporting the surgical team with equipment and case management.

The Lead Surgical Technologist will work under AST/AORN/AAMI standards, perform duties independently, and may rotate to related areas as needed. Requires leadership in the OR and strong safety practices.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of surgical technologist experience preferred.
• Certification for Surgical Technology at hire; LCC-ST certification desired.
• Ability to scrub for all surgical specialties and assist with case preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a sterile field consistently and drape with appropriate technique.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team during procedures.
• Prepare OR rooms, equipment, and supplies for cases.
• Assist with instrument counts, labeling, and handling specimens.
• Adhere to safety standards, radiation protection, and infection control.
