ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Medical Front Desk Representative for a full-time role at our Coral Springs and Plantation offices, Monday–Friday, 8:00-4:30.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and multitasking to manage high patient volume, EMR records, insurance data, and check-in/check-out duties. Prior experience preferred but not required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in a medical practice.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
• Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to all patients and guests.
• Answer multi-line phones.
• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and collect insurance information and other data.
• Provide intake and new patient forms and office policy documents.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Perform insurance verification.
• Schedule appointments based on provider availability.
• Maintain hard copy and EMR/EHR patient records.
• Call patients to remind about upcoming appointments and testing.
