Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Medical Front Desk Representative for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 position at our Boca Raton office. Our practice delivers comprehensive ENT care and values patient-centered service.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to handle high call volume, and basic EMR/medical records experience. Spanish bilingual is a plus. Salary is $18.00/hour with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience in a medical practice.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a professional voice.
• Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn ENT field.
• Familiarity with EMR and medical records; check-in/check-out experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service to all patients and guests
• Answer multi-line phones
• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
• Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents.
• Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Insurance Verification
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician availability
• Maintain hard copy patient records as well as files stored in our EHR
• Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help schedule testing for off-site services
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
