Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Pennsylvania is seeking an Account Manager to execute our direct sales strategy within an assigned territory. You will work with trained physicians during procedures, gather data, and support training certification when ready, while providing feedback to Marketing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of outside sales or clinical support, a valid US driver’s license, excellent communication, and the ability to travel, with heavy field activities and sales goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of outside sales experience or clinical service/support.
• Valid driver's license in the US and a clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel, including overnight/weekends.
• 3+ years in medical device sales and selling to surgeons in OR.
• Strong local healthcare relationships.
• Field-based role; territory dependent.
• Live within 100 miles of territory center.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records in CRM and adhere to Quality Policy.
• Comply with Quality System requirements.
• Complete weekly and quarterly planning tools; reconcile emergency stock monthly.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
