Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC to kickstart a medical device sales career. You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and help grow the assigned territory across OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.

You will build hands-on clinical and sales skills, engage with surgeons and healthcare staff, and contribute to territory development while traveling throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including customer sites, healthcare facilities, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
