Job summary

Berklee College of Music seeks Production Assistants to support the BIE "Ehsaas" production team across Berklee venues, handling setup, teardown, and transport of equipment. Some positions may involve IEM-related duties and a one-time training session.

Shifts are scheduled flexibly between October 2–30, 2026, with occasional work before or after normal hours. On-campus employment for Berklee students offers hands-on event experience and teamwork opportunities.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry production equipment safely up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual for assigned shifts.
• Able to follow direction from production/engineering staff.
• Available for shifts that may occur outside normal daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down production equipment at venues before/after sessions.
• Transport gear between Berklee venues as needed.
• Assist with setup at The Loft on 10/16.
• Attend IEM training if assigned to the IEM sub-team and handle related setup/teardown/transport.
• Serve as a general runner/extra set of hands for the production team.
